What Skorable is
Skorable is a sports prediction and fantasy game played in private poules. It is not a betting or gambling service. We do not offer cash wagers, cash payouts, or monetary prizes.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age that applies to you. In the Netherlands that is 16, unless a parent or guardian has given consent for a user aged 13–15. You may use Skorable only where it is lawful for you to do so.
Your account
You need an account to save predictions and join poules. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate. You may request account deletion at any time via privacy@skorable.com.
Using the service
- You save predictions for matches in an active tournament or game. Deadlines and lock times shown in the product apply; predictions cannot be changed after lock.
- One scoring rule sheet applies across every poule.
- We may change tournament data, features, or availability for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
Paid access
Skorable is free at the basic level. Optional paid tiers (such as Pro or Ultimate) unlock extra private poules for a specific tournament or game. The price, scope, and features are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Paid access grants a licence to use digital features, not ownership of the software or content. There are no cash prizes.
Payment: Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Mobile purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play (via RevenueCat). We do not store full card numbers.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons.
For digital content or services supplied immediately after purchase, you may lose the withdrawal right once access starts, if you were informed of this and gave express consent to immediate performance before checkout. Contact support@skorable.com within 14 days if you believe withdrawal applies.
Where the law gives you a statutory right to a refund, we will comply. Otherwise, refunds for app-store purchases follow the store’s rules; for web purchases, contact us and we will assess your request under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (for example: cheating, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading systems, harassment, or unlawful content). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so by law.
Availability and changes
We provide Skorable on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page. Material changes may be notified where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Amakinto B.V. is not liable for indirect loss or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that tournament or game in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints: Email support@skorable.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
EU online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute-resolution body.
Law: These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in the EEA, you keep any mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
